Custom Courtroom Exhibits
Various examples of demonstrative evidence created for courtroom use. This is an area of design that I enjoy very much. I started out my education at the University of Michigan studying Medical Illustration, which eventually segued into Graphic Design. The two disciplines were ultimately married however, when I found myself designing litigation graphics for my first eight years in Chicago. I worked with myriad top law firms, both locally and nationally, and was involved in many high-profile (and some very notorious) cases. The work was exciting, challenging and surprisingly creative. I thrived on the organization and discipline required to make concise, yet impactful, statements. Although the details of these cases are now fuzzy, to this day I welcome the opportunity to create infographics. Case experience includes Commercial, Class Action, Product Liability, Medical Malpractice, Personal Injury, Insurance Defense, Antitrust, Intellectual Property, Patent, Labor/Employment, Securities, Criminal, Environmental and Construction.
